• ​Lessons are 60 minutes long​

• I currently accept students who can commit to at least one lesson per week.

​

• Lessons are booked in packs of 4 lessons or more.

​

• Lesson packs are paid for in advance by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.

​

• Lessons are only booked and confirmed once payment has been received.

​

• Individual lessons cannot be booked or paid for seperately. Once your current pack is completed, you can purchase another pack of 4 or more lessons to continue.

​

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson fee.

​

• If I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a replacement lesson or a full refund.

​

• If you arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other students.

​

• If you're unable to attend in person, lessons can usually be moved online, provided enough notice is given.

​

• Planned holidays or breaks should be discussed as early as possible so we can arrange the schedule accordingly.

​

• Above all, my goal is to create a positive, enjoyable, and supportive learning environment where students can make consistent progress and enjoy playing the piano.
